(8) The Company shall respond sincerely and promptly to inquiries, opinions, and complaints regarding the handling of personal information.
The Company shall acquire personal information within the scope necessary for business operations to achieve the purpose of use.
The Company shall not acquire, use, or provide to third parties any sensitive information except as permitted by laws and regulations.
The Company shall handle personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, except with the customer’s consent or as permitted by laws and regulations. When handling personal identification numbers, the Company shall do so only within the scope defined by law.
The purposes of use of personal information by the Company are as follows:
・To respond to inquiries and requests from customers regarding the Company’s services
・To solicit, explain, conclude contracts, fulfill contracts, and manage products, services, and events handled by the Company, its affiliates, and partner companies
・To improve services, conduct marketing analysis, and consider business improvements based on information such as services received and browsing history
・To accept registrations and provide services related to products and services that customers wish to purchase
・To manage customer performance, event details, and results related to services used by the Company, its affiliates, and partner companies

The Company shall take necessary security measures to prevent leakage, loss, alteration, and unauthorized access of personal information.
The Company shall not disclose or provide personal data to third parties without prior consent of the individual, except as permitted by laws and regulations, including cases where outsourcing is necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
The Company may outsource all or part of its operations to facilitate smooth business execution and may provide personal data necessary for such operations to the contractors. In such cases, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractors, including their subcontractors.
