Please note that you will be asked to leave RAISE as soon as our staff discovers an act that disturbs other customers, such as being excessively loud, belligerently drunk, sleeping, molestation, damage, or venue defacement.

If we learn that you have or will take an illegal drug, you will be asked to leave RAISE immediately, and the police will be notified.

If it is discovered that a patron is a gangster, closely associated to mafia groups, or a person who has a history of excessive illegal activities will be asked to leave RAISE immediately.

It is prohibited to bring food and drink, alcohol, or other dangerous goods, animals such as pets, explosives such as fireworks will be prohibited by law into RAISE.

The managing company, management consignment company, organizer, venue, performers, etc. are not responsible for any accidents, thefts, illnesses, etc. that occur inside or outside Raise.

If you are injured due to prohibited acts inside or outside RAISE, or if you are injured at your own risk, we will provide first aid, but the management company, management consignment company, organizer, venue, performers, etc. will not be held responsible.

In addition, if the same act causes an accident or injury to a third party, the parties will be required to resolve the problem.

Regarding troubles between customers, the management company, management consignment company, organizer, venue, performers, etc. will not be involved in any problem solving such as discussions.

You are responsible for managing your bags and personal items.

We have separate smoking and nonsmoking sections inside.
Smoking of e-cigarettes is allowed only in VIP seating and in the area in front of the IQOS booth.
Also, anyone can smoke paper cigarettes or e-cigarettes in the smoking area located next to the elevator on this floor.

RAISE is a cashless venue. We do not accept cash payments in RAISE.
Please have your credit card, e-commerce, and or QR code ready for payment.
Admission fees may be paid in cash.
Customers who wish to pay for food and drink in cash can purchase RAISE tickets at the front desk.
(A RAISE ticket is a unique gift certificate required for payment in RAISE. Please note that RAISE ticket does not give change.)
