Efforts to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections

RAISE is taking various measures as follows to spread the infection of the new coronavirus.

As a store that supports new lifestyles, we welcome customers into a safe and secure venue. We kindly ask our valued customers for their understanding and cooperation in helping us create a safe and entertaining space.

Venue Prevention Initiatives

Please create space between guests while lining to enter RAISE.
We ask for your cooperation in taking a temperature measurement when you enter RAISE. We will refuse entry to people with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher (or with a high fever) when entering RAISE.
* Temperatures that fluctuate around 37.5 ° C will be based on an administrative decision.
Please wear a mask when entering RAISE.
Air purifiers are installed in various locations in RAISE.
Alcohol pumps for disinfection are placed across multiple locations in RAISE and at each table.
An Ozone purifier is installed in RAISE to sterilize the space.
Transparent partitions are installed at the front desk and places with customer service such as the bar to prevent droplet infection.
After a table booking is complete, our staff will sterilize the table before placing the next table booking guests.
After RAISE is closed, we will sterilize and disinfect the venue.

Staff Prevention Initiatives

We will frequently wash hands, and gargle during breaks and time in between serving guests.
We will perform temperature measurement tests upon starting work shifts.
(If our staff have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, the staff member will be requested take a PCR test while waiting for results at home)
We will provide "infection prevention knowledge" to all employees.
We will make sure that all employees wear masks during work.
When changing DJ & PA, our staff will disinfect the DJ and PA equipment.
All equipment will be disinfected after the venue is closed.
We will avoid creating breaks with a large number of staff and avoid face-to-face conversations.

Measures to prevent further spread of infection based on the policies of the government and related organizations

- Air circulation -
Air conditioning and air purifiers are continuously activated to circulate the air inside RAISE.

- Mask Wearing / Social Distance -
It will be mandatory to wear a mask when visiting RAISE, and we ask that you refrain from talking or speaking at short distances.

Our staff will engage with customers from a safe distance.

- Thorough download of contact confirmation app -
From the perspective of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we ask that you download the contact confirmation app provided by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare when you visit RAISE.

We will check if this app has been downloaded when you visit us.
Please download it in advance before visiting RAISE so that customers can enter RAISE without delay.
